After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain all the details of your purchase, including the event, date, and number of tickets. Please note we do not send tickets by post.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation with a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the tour starts. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If the operator has to cancel (for example due to bad weather or safety), you get a full refund or a free reschedule. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp (+34 610 434 957) with your booking reference — eligible refunds are processed within 14 days.

If the weather is too bad to go on the excursion, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

To purchase a gift voucher, you can either book with a specified date if you know it or without a date. Simply provide your personal details during the booking process—your name, email address, and phone number. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing the ticket or voucher as a printable PDF, ready for you to gift immediately
